​Pass WINNERS
Please contact us to book/register. We would really appreciate it if you let us know at least 4 weeks before the event if you would like to attend.
Pre-Registration is essential and No Transfers/Refund are permitted.
Registration
To register please click on the 'Register Here' link from the 7th October 2024 at 8pm UK Time, which will take you to the DanceApp system.
You will need to log in/create an account with Danceapp to register.

There will then be two options available:
​
Single (Waitlist)
or
Couple (Role Balanced)
​
If you register as a role balanced couple you will be accepted into the event, as long as tickets are available, and as long as you have both registered and have referenced each other on the registration form. If one partner does not register, then the other will be moved onto the waitlist instead. Please note, both parties need to choose the same ticket type i.e. both 'full pass' or both 'party pass' due to the balance of workshops/social.

If you register on the single option (without a role balanced partner) you will be added to a waitlist and accepted as soon as the leader/follow role balance allows it.
Registering via the form/DanceApp does not automatically guarantee you a ticket at the event.
​
After you have registered, please be patient as we may need a few days
to process your registration.
Once processed you will receive an email that you have either been placed on the waiting list or you will receive a confirmation of your place at the event with a payment link
via the DanceApp system. ​

We will require the following information upon registration:
Full Name, Email Address, date of birth, WSDC Number, Role, Country of Residence, Booking Partner's details (if booking as a role balanced couple)

If you are looking to purchase a pass with a discount attached, i.e. junior or all star etc. this will be applied automatically upon sign up. In addition, if you would like to compete in a routine division, please just add this information in the comments box when registering.
